A 35 year old man presents with symptoms of facial flushing, abdominal cramping, vomiting and diarrhea 30 minutes after eating marlin which had a peppery taste. Vitals are normal, patient is protecting his airway. No swelling or hives noted. What is the most likely cause of their symptoms?
A. Anaphylaxis

D. Ciguatera
