Answer: Ruptured iliac aneurysm

  • Please note the free fluid in the right lower quadrant in the CT scan
  • Patients may present with acute abdominal pain and clinical signs of shock. 
  • Iliac aneurysm is frequently misdiagnosed as urologic, bowel, or GYN disorders
